little upgradation will make you rise higher.

we stood there for almost 1 hour to find the keys. there was other agent office also with other commercial blocks which confused us and no light at all at 12 midnight when we reached.

Beds were not comfortable and bathrooms were very basic. towels were not good.

The apartment was in a great location to transport and very modern.

Wonderful location near the train station and grocery store with friendly staff.

Wonderful location across from the Interlaken Ost train station and Coop grocery store. 2 full bedrooms with attached private bathrooms. Kitchen, dining area, and common area separated the bedrooms. Lots of storage space in closets in each of the bedrooms. Staff was wonderful.

The refrigerator/freezer stopped working near the end of our stay. While I expect it will be repaired or replaced before the next guests arrive, it was a frustration for us due to food and beverages we had in the refrigerator that got warm. The staff was very accommodating and they allowed us to use the refrigerator in another unit temporarily but it was inconvenient.

Great value proposition for a spacious and cost-effective stay at Interlaken

Beds were VERY low. This made it hard to get in or come out of them. The rest of the apartment was great -- the beds were inconvenient.

Great location, next to Coop, opposite of train station. Apartment is very spacious, 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, with a big balcony, fully equipped kitchen, even with dish washer - we love that! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. So glad to have her through the check i process! Everything about this place is just perfect!

Bring your own slippers if you like to wear slippers in the unit 🤭

Wonderful and we will definitely recommend this place to others

It is a huge apartment which could suit 4 to 6 people comfortably. The location was excellent and the host had sent us very clear instructions to key collection and check-in. Thank you very much for preparing the city cards for us too!

Very spacious and comfortable stay.

Modern amenities and clean. Big gourmet kitchen for cooking for family. Close to station and supermarket. Good communication with staff. Diane helped us checkin and it is fast and easy process. We are warned of key replacements costs of CHF 1000. The washer and dryer is greater appreciated. Very spacious room and storage space.

Only provided two sets of small bottle of shampoo/body wash and lotion for a four days stay for four people. Wish they could provide four sets in the future.

Bloodstain on Bedsheet. Suspect housekeeping didn’t change it prior our arrival and they denied. Book at your discretion

Clean and modern. Superb location, opposite train station and bus stop. Supermarket right at door step.

We were made to dispose trash below the apartment and too many rules and regulations.

spacious ultra clean very near to Interlaken Ost Train station

location was spot on. the apartment was new and clean. Ideal for keeping Interlaken as the base of travel

1000 CHF for loss of key is a bit much. Things sometimes get lost when on vacation, and this fee is quite steep for the loss of one key.

Worth to return!

it was a pleasant one we really enjoyed the region and the apartment. The apartment is really good: - great beds -- and we are pretty picky about mattresses and pillows. - we liked lighting zoning - comfy main room chairs and couch - spacious bathrooms and showers - rain in the shower as well as great shower heads - great floor plan - etc :)

The only downside we found is lack of work area -- although, dinner table big enough to sit with two laptops and still have space for meal.

The apartment is very clean and it looks exactly as the pictures. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is clothes washing machine with drier. They provide private car parking with a cost. The location is near to supermarket.

They are collecting high service fees while there is no service or room service at all.
