It was much better than what I expected. The streets and the old apartment made me expect less but:
The host - Sylvia was waiting us in front of the apartment. So welcoming and explanatory of everything. She even put some complimentary things inside like fruits, biscuits, crackers, natural bottled water (even though the tap water is drinkable) and so on.
The rooms was extremely big, and well renovated. We fit 2 adults and 3 kids into the bedroom. Living room was also pretty big. The shower was also very big, it was bigger than my home :-D There are AC in both rooms.
The location is awesome, a street upper than Via Toledo main street. There are nice local restaurants, mini market and grocery next to the house. Metro is close.
And again, many thanks to Sylvia for showing that hospitality.
For families: It is not what i dislike but good to know before families visit there. If you have small kids with stroller, you need to jump towards the apartment entrance. There is a metal entrance door with high bottom. And you need to carry babies and stroller to the 1st floor upstairs. There is no elevator. There are also things inside the apartment that the little ones can break things or hurt theirselves that you need to remove. Small ceramic decorations or glass items. It wasn't bad but good to know.

Podobało nam się wszystko. Od kontaktu z właścicielką, po odebranie nas z lotniska, zawiezienie na miejsce. Właścicielka pokazała gdzie możemy zjeść, co zobaczyć. Interesowała się nami codziennie. Koleżanka wylatywała wcześniej i została odwieziona bezpiecznie na lotnisko. My również mogłyśmy skorzystać zarówno z późniejszego Check Out jak i podwózki na lotnisko.
Sama właścicielka to przemiła osoba. Wiedziałyśmy, że jakby był jakiś problem to pojawiłaby się w ciągu kilku minut. Możemy z czystym sumieniem polecić pobyt. Jeśli oczywiście szukasz prawdziwego Neapolu, który żyje prawie całą dobę. Mieszkanie było bardzo ładne, czyste i fajnie urządzone. Przestrzeń zarówno dla rodziny, pary, koleżanek.

L'appartement est superbe et très très bien placé à 5 minutes à pieds de la via Toledo (métro à - de 10 minutes à pieds) et de la galerie Umberto 1er (magnifique). Le quartier est charmant, plein de petits restos sympas.
Situé au bord du Quartier espagnol, très vivant.
Silvia et Luigi les propriétaires sont adorables et aux petits soins. On a vraiment eu le sentiment d'être des VIP. Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour votre prochain séjour à Naples
