Great location in Kinsale, at the center of town. Easy instructions for access and apartment is nice sized and well decorated. Kitchen is well equipped. Michelle is a great host. We highly recommend.

- The location cannot be beat. It’s within the heart of the shops and an easy walk to the harbor.
- A huge bonus was there was a dryer in addition to the washer. We were on the tail end of a two week trip and it was nice to be able to do some laundry to last the final few days.
- The common seating area was the best we’ve had on this trip. Comfortable couches and you’re overlooking the market square area.
- The access key is a small fob, so you don’t have to carry a big key chain/fob all day.
- The bathrooms are a bit tired and there is no shower caddy.
- The mattresses need to be replaced. Both the king and queen beds were taco’ing in the middle.
- The temps were rather warm while we were there. There was one fan in the living room. It would have been nice to have a small fan in each bedroom.
- The clothing storage solution is a rolling metal rack for both hanging and folded clothes and it has seen its better day.

The apartment is beautiful! The beds were very comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect!
We returned from dinner and the hot water stopped working when I tried to take a bath. The host did promptly call in response to my message and try to walk us through a fix and ultimately had someone come over within a half hour. But I wasn’t feeling well and it was almost 11 pm which was just not fun. We had the same problem the next morning with the water but fixed it ourselves.
