Es war sehr sauber. Tolle Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage war super. Man konnte sein Auto kostenlos vor der Haustüre abstellen und war in 1 min zur S-Bahn und zur Regionalbahn gelaufen.
Es ist tatsächlich fast nicht möglich zu duschen ohne dass Wasser raus läuft (offene Dusche). Unsere Kids haben dann lieber immer gebadet weil diese hätten das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt. Das Inventar war ein bisschen „billig“ im Sinne von „von außen sieht’s gut aus aber praktikabel ist es nicht“, zB Schubladen am Schrank gingen nicht mehr zu oder quietschten etc. Die Herdplatten funktionierten leider nicht zufällig, mal gingen sie, mal nicht.

This is a really convenient location (close to S-bahn station and a lot of trams). Some supermarkets are nearby. A very large park (which is very nice to visit), yet the apartment is relatively quiet (though there is a huge stadium not really far, so there is a chance that during games this is noisy).
The apartment itself is well equipped, the four beds have very soft mattress (if you like those). There are also fold outs that have a harder mattress.
There are not really doors in the apartment (besides external ones and to the bathroom). That means that you cannot create areas of "quietness" (e.g., some kid gets to sleep while the other are awake with light).
