Bien situé pour pouvoir visiter centre ville par Metro plus proche et mois chère par carte bancaire 0.49 euro/p . Personnel très gentil. Les chambres c’est suffisant pour un court séjour et c’est très bien.

El dueño muy atento y muy puntual, para lo que nosotros fuimos fue excelente, a 10 minutos del aeropuerto y a menos de un minutos de la parada del metro para visitar el centro
Nada sin importancia solo que al entrar hay unas escaleras un poco estrechas y si llevas maletas muy grandes pues eso que tienes que subirlas pero nada importante merece la pena

整个房间打扫得特别干净，维持得特别整洁。垃圾桶随时被更换，保持着干净的感觉。厕所也搞得很干净卫生，有除臭用品，也提供洗发水和沐浴露。
房间有两个大床，可以睡 4 个人，比较宽敞，配备有风扇和空调。冰箱上面有一个微波炉可以加热食物，房东还贴心地准备了微波炉盖子来辅助加热。
我们进房间的时候，房东帮我们开了空调，因为塞维利亚实在是太热了。而且房东还准备了冰箱，并在里面提前冻好了冷水给我们喝。
晚间我们找不到停车位，房东告诉我们可以停在街上，只要不停在人行横道线上就可以。而且他说可以停在原有车位的外面再停一排，这是当地居民之间的默契。
位置很便利，周边有平价超市和地铁站。坐地铁 5 个站就到市中心的西班牙广场。
和房东沟通非常顺畅，他会提前告诉你怎么到达他的房源位置，并且告诉你一些实用的小建议。
这个房源是一个双层民居，房东和他的妻子住在一楼。有楼梯但是没有电梯到达二楼。二楼有两个房间，这两个房间共用一个洗手间，共用一个客厅和餐桌。
没有电梯可能对于残疾人不友好
