Serena and Simone were incredibly welcoming and gracious hosts helping us to navigate everything from parking to restaurants to wine in our room for our return after a long day sight seeing. The breakfasts are exceptional with their baked goods, jams and fresh eggs. They speak English very well and were full of knowledge about the surrounding area.

Great location just outside Orvieto
Lovely setting, very calm
Tasty and plentiful breakfast

We saw some amazing shooting stars
The hot tub isn't really a hot tub. It was 27 degrees only, so much colder than your body temperature.
Was still nice to go in it but just don't expect a hot tub. Nice for a cool down
