Sehr schönes Appartment in toller Lage.
Es fühlt sich nicht an wie eine charakterlose Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und man hat alles was man brauchen könnte. Die Betten sind bequem und zusätzliche Decken und Kissen liegen bereit.
Der Vermieter war zudem sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Bei unserem Aufenthalt lief die Dusche nur sehr schlecht ab und auf dem Balkon steht das Aussengerät der Klimaanlage das sehr warm bläst, was das Sitzen auf dem Balkon eher unangenehm macht.
Allerdings überwiegen die positiven Aspekte deutlich.

Het appartement is ruim, mooi en voelde als thuis. Ook is het appartement zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Ondanks dat het zeer centraal gelegen is in het centrum, was het in het appartement rustig en een geweldige plek om na te genieten van alles wat Cannes en de omgeving te bieden heeft. De host is heel vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar als je vragen hebt.

Rather safe house with underground parking, pretty well equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. The location is very close to the railway station, but this was mostly not desirable thing for us as we had to always cross the underground passage to reach the beaches, and this introduced some discomfort.
Presence of pets hair on sofa, carpets, chairs, even evidence of the pets hair in the beds linen. We have double-checked about pets hair before booking this apartment (as one of our kids has pets dander allergy), and the owner has assured us that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, and that there were no visitors with pets recently. But after check-in I could find the pets hair almost everywhere. After that I contacted the owner about this problem immediately, but the problem was not solved during our stay. This has spoilt our stay as we had to deal with the allergy threat all the time. In order to minimize the allergy risk, we have not used the sofa in the living room, we could only seat on the dining chairs covered with covers.
