Great location. Neat and comfortable. All amenities were in good condition as promised.
The single bathroom being on the ground floor with bedrooms on the first floor was a a slight inconvenience but manageable.

Location was good- convenient to walk to city and other facilities. Pretty by the river.
We had read about the road noise, so was expecting it, but it was still loud and busy.
Beds were comfortable and linens good- the inside of the house was clean, fixtures modern and generally it had all the things we expected.
Parking worked well.
Outside needs a bit of care- Door and Windows were dirty and looked as if not cleaned for sometime. Back ‘garden’ area needed weeding and tidy up.
A check of crockery and cutlery is needed- only 3 of some items and no teaspoons (four in our group)
Storage for linen needs considering- towels/bedding stored in lots of places including under sofas.
Bathroom is downstairs- this is not clear from property details.

The house is in a great location for a visit to Canterbury. It is spotless and well equipped. The fans in the bedrooms helped on warm nights. The free parking is an added bonus as parking can be expensive. I would recommend!!
Due to the excellent location, there is traffic noise at night. This did not bother us but for light sleepers it could be a problem.
