Woeful..

Location great.

Check in was terrible! 30 mins, and no acces to property until I paid. Had to use their preferred payment system which was not through booking.com. Blocked shower drain and room smelt of chemical cleaner. Better and cheaper option are available.

Okay place

The location was right in the center of the city which was convenient. It was spacious.

The bathroom was really not clean when we arrived it had smudges everywhere. There was no cleaning to exchange towels or spread bed and we were there for 3 nights.

Tới h nhận phòng nhưng phòng chưa đc vệ sinh. Sau đó dọn vs 15phút???? Là giao phòng. Wifi lỗi, báo ks 3 tiếng sau mới khắc phục. Thang máy, sảnh ks bẩn. Ko có khu vực chờ để nhận phòng khi khách đến sớm

Pouvoir entrer dans le logement pose beaucoup de problème et je n'étais pas le seule. Les messages ne sont pas aussi claires pour pouvoir comprendre. Il faut écrire bien clair (en anglais) qu'il faut payer avant pour avoir toutes les informations concernant l'entrée dans le logement. Si je me souviens bien, il est indiqué dans les messages "pour sécuriser votre réservation", il vaut mieux écrire "pour avoir les informations indispensables pour rentrer", il faut payer votre réservation ......

Pouvoir entrer dans le logement pose beaucoup de problème et je n'étais pas le seule. Les messages ne sont pas aussi claires pour pouvoir comprendre. Il faut écrire bien clair (en anglais) qu'il faut payer avant pour avoir toutes les informations concernant l'entrée dans le logement. The location was right in the center of the city which was convenient. It was spacious.

The bathroom was really not clean when we arrived it had smudges everywhere. There was no cleaning to exchange towels or spread bed and we were there for 3 nights.
