Very conveniently located a short walk from the Piazzetta Cerio and Funicular. Easy to navigate with luggage. Clean and safe. Gianmarco, the host, was readily available to meet us and help with check-in. He also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities in the area. He was always prompt with messaging and even went above and beyond to search for an item I left behind. Thank you!
Great view from bedroom window. Bottles of water are available along the walk in a self-service vending machine area for 1€. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect!

De locatie is adembenemend. Een mooi ruime kamer.
De host was via WhatsApp bereikbaar
Het was erg moeilijk te vinden. Nergens vind je de naam La Gloriette terug op het gebouw waardoor het onduidelijk was waar we moesten zijn. Toen we op een avond terugkwamen liep er een grote, luidruchtige hond los in de inkomhal waardoor wij het gebouw niet konden betreden. Gelukkig kwamen er andere bewoners toe die uiteindelijk de eigenaresse van de hond belden om haar hond binnen te roepen. Dit was echt niet oké.
De check in verliep chaotisch. Door de moeder van de host. Zij was super lief maar kon niet zo goed Engels waardoor we niets konden vragen. Ook de check out verliep chaotisch. We hadden vooraf gevraagd wat we moesten doen en de host zou persoonlijk komen, die stuurde ons nadien een bericht om te zeggen dat we later mochten uitchecken wat super leuk was ware het niet dat de poetsvrouw ons er intussen al had uitgezet.
Een persoonlijke ontvangst en wat info over wat te doen en te zien zou fijn zijn geweest.

I condizionatori non funzionano, in una camera abbiamo trovato parecchia acqua per terra e nell’altra non ha funzionato per tutto il soggiorno.
