Owners were so helpful and welcoming when we made a very late booking and communication was excellent. The site was really clean with good facilities and the van was in a relatively quiet part of the park. We loved the homely feel of the caravan and it was well equipped with all of the things we may have needed, especially in the kitchen. We loved that there were really practical things available like an mini ironing board, clothes horse for drying beach wet clothes etc.
This will sound very picky but the fabric of the bedding - the duvet covers and pillow covers were an easy-care polyester mix which are lovely and soft BUT uncomfortably hot to sleep in. Something with a higher natural fabric content / poly-cotton mix would have been more comfortable for us but appreciate that this is very subjective!

On site restaurant very expensive which is fine as long as you get a good portion but sadly even for someone who doesn’t eat big meals, this was a child sized portion, it was cold as well…sadly we didn’t go to the restaurant again, shame as it would be so convenient rather than going off site for food ……

Caravan wasn't particularly clean, dirty cutlery drawer, picked up my clothes from floor and black pubic? hair was on them, Caravan itself was comfy though and very well equipped so it might have just been bad luck. freezer wasn't on when we arrived so my frozen food defrosted and had to wait 3 hours to be able to cool/ freeze food.., pool wasn't particularly clean, clumps of hair in the water and wet tissue on the sides, the park itself was clean, no dog poo although I saw lots of dogs, no direct access to beach as the site is on a cliff, we drove to Hopton just 10 mins down the road, shop and pubs there too.
Kids lived the site tho so that's all that matters
