We initially booked Apartment MR 52-42 via Guesda for two weeks at a premium price. After that period, we deliberately made a new reservation via Booking.com — not an extension, but a completely new booking for a new period, again at a high rate. Despite this new booking, the apartment was not properly cleaned. We received: • no fresh bed linen • no full cleaning • no shampoo • no laundry detergent • no replenished toilet paper We were informed that this was considered a “continuation of the stay.” From our perspective, this is not acceptable. If we had checked out and a new guest had checked in, the apartment would have been fully prepared. At this price level, we expect an appropriate standard. Unfortunately, this was not delivered. Very disappointing experience.

Titel: Katastrophaler Service – absolut nicht empfehlenswert Wir waren insgesamt vier Wochen in diesem Apartment und haben selten einen so schlechten und unprofessionellen Service erlebt. Der Kundenservice reagiert extrem spät, Anliegen werden nicht ordentlich bearbeitet und auf Wünsche der Gäste wird hier offensichtlich überhaupt kein Wert gelegt. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unserer Verlängerung. Nach zwei Wochen haben wir über Booking eine neue Buchung ausgelöst. Das bedeutet ganz klar: Es handelt sich um eine neue Buchung, bei der das Zimmer selbstverständlich auch neu gereinigt werden müsste. Wenn ein Gast auscheckt und neue Gäste einchecken, wird das Zimmer schließlich auch gereinigt. Genau dafür zahlt man am Ende auch mit. In unserem Fall wurde diese Reinigung jedoch einfach nicht durchgeführt. Noch schlimmer war, dass man sich nicht nur darum nicht gekümmert hat, sondern sich vehement dagegen gewehrt hat, dieses Problem überhaupt vernünftig zu lösen. Das ist für uns absolut unverständlich. Gerade in Dubai, wo Reinigung und Service normalerweise auf einem ganz anderen Niveau sind und eine Reinigung wirklich kein großer Aufwand oder Kostenpunkt ist, ist ein solches Verhalten einfach nur peinlich. Hinzu kommt, dass für einen späten Check-in, der nur wegen unserer nächtlichen Flugankunft entstanden ist und auf den wir keinerlei Einfluss hatten, normalerweise auch noch zusätzlich Geld verlangt wird. Auch das zeigt ganz deutlich, dass hier nicht der Kunde im Vordergrund steht, sondern nur, wie man noch mehr abrechnen kann. Unser Eindruck war durchgehend: schlechter Service, keine Kundenorientierung, keine Lösungskompetenz und keinerlei Verständnis für den Gast. So etwas sind wir aus Dubai überhaupt nicht gewohnt. Wir können diesen Anbieter daher auf keinen Fall empfehlen und würden jedem davon abraten, hier zu buchen
