Excellent location - much quieter part of Tokyo, yet still close to a major train station. Easy walk to multiple restaurants, both for local and Western cuisine (Pizza Hut is just a few meters away and Pronto, pizza and pasta eatery, only a little further away).
I really enjoyed the breakfast, but had my stay been longer, the variety would have been an issue. Breakfast was a set alternating menu. Rice, pickled vegetables, miso soup and either Salmon or Mackerel. Just be careful with the fish - they have not been deboned. Also, we did not have a set schedule, but if we wanted an early start, we would have missed out. Breakfast service starts late by Western standards.

Nice location. Lots to do and close to transits. Daily breakfast was a plus. Staff was exceptional!
