Very spacious and clean. Location is also convenient to train station. Lots of food choices around.

Great location in quiet neighborhood, but very close to the busy areas and Ueno train station. There is a bridge that connects those areas to the hotel, use it! We had a hard time navigating Google Maps to get to the hotel because it wasn’t very clear. Room was very spacious, appreciated toilet, shower, and sink was separated. Use of washing machine and drying room was easy, please note that you should do laundry every 1-2 days because there’s not enough hangers/rack to hang the clothes if you’re doing more laundry.
Downside is there were no tables or chairs so you’d have to eat on your bed or on the small counter space where the TV is. We did not use the TV at all because there were no option to watch streaming services or casting from phone, it was all local Japanese channels.
Very minimalistic cleaning, they only do have housekeeping if staying 4+ nights. Otherwise you’d need to bring dirty towels to lobby to get new ones. I guess one could argue it’s more sustainable since it reduces need to wash sheets/towels.
Overall great stay!
