Honestly this may be the best hotel in Paharganj. Snacks and water were provided. Rooms were quite spacious. Staff was accommodating
Nothing really much to complain but found it annoying at how you need to call the front desk for them to turn on the AC. Also they asked ALL adults for our ID which caught me by surprise. WiFi could be better

The only good thing about the hotel was it is right infront of the New Delhi Railway station, and this is the exact reason why I chose this property.
2) The security staff was really helpful and nice.
3) They have a lift. I stayed with my father, so it was comfortable to use the lift.
Although I stayed for one night only but still there were few problems.
1) The check-in process, it was delayed. Post 5 pm and they didnt have any room to offer. The communication was poor as there were several numbers mentioned you don't know whom to contact for the reconfirmation of the stay.
2) The housekeeping staff was standing there at the door for tip. Tipping is subject and depend on whether we like the service or not. Even giving away 20/- rupees should depend on the satisfaction of the service, we were compelled to tip.
3) The hotel is in interior so accessibility is the issue. The room picture shown in the booking.com is different then the room offered for the same category, Its misleading.
4) The room was dirty, the water glass in the room had foul smell. The bedsheet had hair. Overall it was not clean.
5) The breakfast was poor, just an omlette/ bread or paratha. The taste was also bad.
6) While booking the room on booking. com we availed the benefit of late checkout, but while confirming, they only extended 01 hour late check out. The hotel seemed to be empty they could have offer until 2 pm. which is the standard late checkout request with any hotel. For this one hour as well I had to request alot.
7) At the check out time, we were asked to review the hotel. I personally take review seriously, so giving stars and positive reveiw is depend on my opinion, the front office staff literally took the mobile and asking us to review at the reception. It was very irritating and uncomfortable, after wasting 10 mins I strongly told I will review it later when i will get time.
They also called us especially again after one day of check out to tell us to review. Why forcing the customer?
