Моя мама уже дважды останавливалась в этом отеле, и оба раза осталась очень довольна. Сервис здесь просто замечательный! Весь персонал очень приветливый, отзывчивый и внимательный.
Для нас было особенно важно, что сотрудники говорят по-русски, так как моя мама не владеет другими языками. Это сделало ее пребывание гораздо более комфортным.
Трансфер из аэропорта в отель и обратно организовать было очень легко. Водители были пунктуальными, вежливыми и дружелюбными.
На электронные письма и сообщения сотрудники отвечают очень быстро, что тоже очень приятно.
Номер маме очень понравился — чистый, уютный и аккуратный. Завтрак включен в стоимость проживания, что является дополнительным плюсом.
Теперь моя мама планирует останавливаться в этом отеле каждый раз, когда будет приезжать к нам в гости. Мы с уверенностью рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ценит высокий уровень сервиса и заботу о гостях.

Before booking this hotel, I came across a number of reviews mentioning road noise, poor Wi-Fi, disappointing breakfasts, and other issues. I can honestly say that none of those concerns matched my experience.
I arrived late in the evening by car before an early morning flight and was pleasantly welcomed by Sanzhar, whose hospitality and professionalism made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. A great first impression after a long day of travel.
The hotel itself is modern, spacious, and very convenient, with free parking directly in front of the entrance. My room was large, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bathroom was excellent, and I appreciated the thoughtful details such as complimentary bottled water and extra slippers. Everything felt fresh, tidy, and welcoming.
To be completely fair, I would not describe the room as absolutely spotless in every corner. However, all essentials, linens, towels, and amenities were clean, fresh, and well maintained, which is what matters most to me.
As for the noise concerns mentioned in other reviews, yes, there is a road nearby. However, I slept with the window open and was not disturbed at all. In fact, if your goal is convenient airport access, I would much rather hear occasional road traffic than stay even closer to the airport and deal with aircraft noise overhead.
I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast due to my early departure, so I cannot comment on that aspect. A room service menu was available in the room, though I did not use the service during my stay.
Overall, this hotel offers an exceptional price-to-quality ratio. Comfortable, convenient, and surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options for travelers arriving late or leaving early. I would definitely recommend it to anyone whose itinerary involves the airport.

I was looking for a hotel near IST to stay the night, and this one was great. You can go to the hotel and get back to the airport with 2 USD each route, on H-6 shuttle. The room was clean and staff were polite.
The breakfast could get better.
