Etre sur l eau, l originalité, le confort, la propreté et les terrasses. 😃

La ubicación, cerca de Ferrys por si quieres desplazarte a Cadiz sin coche ,asi como cerca de zona de ocio del Puerto SM
no pudimos sintonizar bien el televisor , aunque casi no nos hizo falta.

Great location - only a few minutes walk to restaurants and ferry terminal. Comfortable bed. Good facilities in shower room and kitchen. Size of the boathouse was ok but only for two people.
Lack of privacy and lots of party noises late into the night. Areas of the boathouse need some attention - curtains and furniture. No sun loungers - only dirty chairs and tables.
