Местоположението е отлично. Историческият център е наблизо, лимани също. Има заведения по самата улица и е весело, и пъстро, но е леко шумно. За мен това не беше проблем. Има вита стълба за спалнята, която е доста стръмна, но това придава чар на мястото.

The house was very comfortable and well decorated. It really felt like home. We stayed for just one night but the house is equipped with all the amenities for longer stays. Siphis was very friendly and quick to reply. I lived the fact that the house and the bed sheets smelled really nice.
The house is located very close to the port of Kavala and bus station.
The stairs to the house and the staircase to the bedrooms are quite steep. We had no issue but people with limited mobility or children should be aware of this.
The house is in a busy small street with many taverns so it gets quite loud in the evening and night. However, we slept well with windows closed and air-conditioning on.

The apartment is very clean. The host is a great guy, very helpful and nice, he exceeded our expectations. He got us some nice treats which were highly appreciated. The bed was confortable. The bathroom is very nice and clean. You get a coffee machine and all the necessary appliances. AC on both floors. TVs on both floors. Overall, things were on the positive side, but as a family of 4 with teenage kids, it feels a bit crowded inside.
The apartment is located above a tavern, in a very busy alley. No car access. We are a family of 4, so it was a nightmare moving our luggage in and out. Nearest parking (cheap, but extremely crowded) is like 500-600 m away. Access stairway is very steep and to get to the door we had to move some people who were eating at the tavern. Inner stairs were also very steep and narrow, almost cracked my head few times. The bunk beds are not in a room of their own, it is more like a hallway. The bathroom is literally in the kitchen. From the pictures advertised on booking i couldn't realize how small the space actually is. I am 1.88m tall, check my photos. The view from the balcony is the tavern roof, so very noisy and hot and it smells like food all the time. Tuesday night is live music night, right below the apartment. Fortunately the music went off around midnight. After a 10 hours drive, i didn't appreciate the concert atmosphere and the noise people were making.

Kavala bir ev olsaydı kesinlikle bu ev olurdu. Şöyle ifade edeyim konfor olarak otelde hissettiren bir ev. Tertemiz konforlu ve bütün ihtiyaçlarınız mevcut. Ev sahibi çocuklar için kutu oyuncakları da dahil herşeyi düşünmüş. Konumu da mükemmel ve hemen altında da taverna var. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
