The room was spacious, and the terrace/garden area was a nice touch (guests should note that it is fully enclosed, so it is not a typical open-air “sun terrace”). The staff member at reception was friendly.
The shower had no hot water and very low water pressure (it was only trickling). This appears to be a recurring issue, as when I contacted the hotel manager they did not seem surprised and initially tried to give me instructions to fix it myself at 5am (which did not work), before eventually sending a staff member to attempt to repair it, unsuccessfully.
