Fantastic location on the river. Staff were extremely helpful with any request, bags, taxis etc
As it is in the ancient city, taxi cannot take you to the door. However the drop-off point is only 50m away. Would be better if the drop- off point was a location on DiDi

Hotel a conduzione familiare in centro a Fenghuang, si tratta di una struttura originale ristrutturata. La vista sul fiume dalla camera è incredibile. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e ci hanno fatto un graditissimo regalo appena arrivati e quando siamo andati via.

The personal was fantastic.
The room was good with beds comfortable.
The view to the river was super.
A lot of stairs in the street until you arrive from the entrance of the town. The personal help you because of the heavy luggage.

Dit hotel is een mooi familiebedrijf. Daardoor is het niet groot, zakelijk en afstandelijk, maar kleinschalig en hartelijk. Die warmte hebben wij vanaf onze aankomst op het treinstation gevoeld: de eigenaar haalde ons op, verwelkomde ons en nam ons mee naar het hotel. Dat was zo'n tien minuutjes lopen: een uitdaging met de koffers, maar dat was geen probleem. We werden ook goed geholpen.
In het hotel deed het personeel (oftewel: het gezin!) er alles aan ons op ons gemak te stellen. Ze hielpen ons bij het inchecken en toonden ook echt interesse in wie wij zijn en waar we vandaan komen. We hebben dus ook nog een poosje met de eigenaars gesproken over Fenghuang en waar wij vandaan komen.
Het hotel heeft alles wat je nodig hebt: een goede kamer met douche, TV, airconditioning en alles is hygiënisch. Daarbij heb je ook nog eens een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier die door Fenghuang stroomt, je hebt een balkon én dat volledig in de lokale diaojiao-architectuur waar Fenghuang zo bekend om is. Fantastisch! 谢谢!
