The property is well equipped and big enough for a family.
It's an easy drive to the airport if you need to fly early in the morning.
The host helped me with all I requested (including tools to clean my rental car).
Airconditioning only in the living room, so sleeping in the bedroom was challenging (In August)
I could not pay by car although it says it's possible in booking. Owner could not speak English but at the end we could communicate with translator.

The host family were lovely and the accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. There is also a great modern shower. The beds were very comfortable and we only stayed there one night just before our flight the next morning. There is a supermarket just across the road which is very useful. Also there is a Pizza Restaurant/Takeaway around 5-10 minutes walk (3mins by car) that was delicious! It is about 25 minutes to Tirana International Airport and we would recommending using the app - Waze - as it will direct you to a useful rural road that brings you in from the south to the airport right up to the car hire multi-storey car park.
In every accommodation we stayed at in Albania there were air-conditioning units in every room. It's not a big deal but there wasn't an air-con unit in the bedroom so it was a little warmer there than the main living room.
