Cosy stay, great location easy to get to Newquay and explore.
There was little to no reception inside the caravan, could do either a booster or WiFi.

We would love to come back to explore Cornwall more, and highly recommend this to other families! We had a fantastic family holiday staying in this caravan in Newquay.
The caravan was spotlessly clean, modern, and so comfortable to stay.
It had everything we needed for a relaxing break with the kids.
On top of that, the property owner/manager was incredibly helpful and very responsive with messages, making the whole process stress-free.
The location made it so easy to explore the local area.
Having no WiFi turned out to be a massive bonus for us, as it gave the whole family a much-needed break from screens 😅

Looks like in the picture, I don’t know why people says that place feels claustrofobic- probably they never rent a caravan before.
It was nice that there was already salt and pepper there, tea and coffee, some sugar and clean sponge and some washing liquid. The property was clean and fabulous location.
All we needed really was there. Good communication with the owner, she responded very promptly.
Another super cute thing - there’s lot of bunnies living around in the bushes !
The only downside was a poor reception even with paid wi-fi. But maybe that’s a positive side too ?
