Dès l'arrivée, l'atmosphère unique de Nuanu séduit immédiatement. Le calme y est absolu, parfait pour se ressourcer en toute tranquillité. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable et le service exemplaire : tout le personnel est d'une gentillesse rare, attentionné et toujours souriant. Tout était vraiment au top du début à la fin. Une expérience mémorable, je reviendrai sans hésiter !

O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Há várias opções de pratos e você pode escolher. A equipe é muito simpática e educada, sempre tentando fazer o melhor possível. O quarto que fiquei é simplesmente maravilhoso, muito grande, uma linda vista e um banheiro amplo e muito bonito. Todos os dias a noite me traziam um bolinho de alguma coisa bem gostosa.
Não houve nada.

The staff were friendly and attentive; the sweet treats were a nice addition, however the Booking.com blurb / advertising was very misleading. The massage was in a lovely spot overlooking the ocean.
It says it's in Canggu but this is a good half hour drive away. Taxi's can't even be booked in advance as it's so far from everywhere. There is no surfing possible, you cant even swin at the beach as is too rough and its full of rubbish. The tap to fill up the ginormous spa was not positioned at the correct angle to allow water into the spa and it went all over the floor & wasn't used. The technology to lock the door was annoying and you couldn't have the curtains partly open - they were either open or closed by an automated ipad. They also requested I pay $10 for a broken plate...
