It was immaculate, very secure, well maintained and ideally situated.
It is in Triana itself, a short walk from the market and the Triana bridge.
On one side of the property is a carrefour express so if self catering everything you need is right at hand. On the other side is a bar/restaurant so if you don’t feel like cooking …..
The terrace is impressive and very good for people watching in the evening
We stayed for a week and had no problem with noise, Saturday evening there were more people around but absolutely no problem. The hosts were incredibly quick to respond to any questions

That the veranda is misleading in pictures making you think you have privacy when in fact tou dont because it is in the middle of many apartments balconies overlooking the terrace. It was fine for us, but could show in picture so people know what to expect.

Se trata de un primero sin ascensor, con escaleras en el portal
En cocina menaje muy deteriorado. No dejaron pastillas de lavavajillas.
Mala relación calidad/precio
