Photos not as advertised. But they offered special price for an extension request. Parking not provided for unit. Only family rooms have it.
The cleaning staff was rude. VERY VERY RUDE. The higher management gave me time to move unit during transfer, I had luggages and baby things to carry to the other block ON FOOT, itâs far with heavy stuff.
I was in the process of moving and the cleaning staff came in, not only they didnât offer to help, they to started cleaning coz they couldnât wait. When I came back for my remaining stuff, all was already put outside the unit.
WORST OF ALL, the cleaning crew confronted us for being messy. And threatened us not to mess up the other unit coz she got it all on video recorded. Moving was troublesome and the crew didnt give us time, judged us and made us emotionally affected for the rest of the trip.
We have toddler and infant, whatâs their job to clean if they expect things to be spotless, I could clean up for them if they didnât rush us rather than being judged like that.
The management was friendly and accomodating. Just the lady supervising cleaning crew should learn some manners in hospitality service.
