Beligheden, stedet, servicen, lejligheden.
Hele tjek ind forløbet gik dårligt.
Eneste info vi havde var at hente nøgle i Lenzerhide - hvilket vi gjorde. Den virkede ikke, og vi måtte vente 1 1/2 time på at der var en som kom og låste op.
Da vi kom ind, så fremgik det at der manglede håndklæder, sengetøj og de mest basale ting. Håndklæder og sengetøj blev vi først opmærksomme på efter at vi var låst ind - det kom dog med et tillæg på 75 chf.
Vi var i Lenzerhide for at hente nøglen kl 16.15. Vi kom først i lejligheden kl 17.45.
Vi modtog tjek ind mail (hvor alt info som vi ikke havde, inkl tjek ind), kl 20.45, samme dag som vi tjekkede ind.

Staff is very responsive and kindly accommodated our request. The apartment is very new and clean with kitchen full of cooking wares. Location is also great with less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest ski chair lift. Free underground parking a plus. Very quite neighborhood, peaceful and relaxing.
The underground parking has two exits and we were unaware entering the wrong apartment building. This caused us to spend extra time to figure out where the apartment room was. However, the staff was extremely helpful when called.

Sehr zufrieden waren wir mit der Lage zum Skilift, dem Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage und der Einrichtung der Wohnung.
Eine Kleinigkeit: Für uns war die Schlüsselabgabe nicht praktisch da wir in ein anderes Dorf, das sich nicht auf unserem Heimweg lag, fahren mussten.
