super mieszkanie w zabytkowym budynku. indywidualne ogrzewanie (kocioł gazowy), klimatyzator - wszystko czego potrzebujecie do zmiany temperatury wg swoich życzeń. w mieszkaniu są wszystko czego potrzebujecie pod czas pobytu: talerzy, kubki, lampki. KORKOCIĄG!!!! tak rzadko spotykany w takich obiektach w Gruzji i taki niezbędny. Pralka, suszarka, praska i deska do prasowania: czego jeszcze potrzebuję przeciętny turysta?
jeżeli jesteście zwolennikami pójść po cichu w nocy do lodówki - nie uda się, podłoga wykryje każdy wasz krok. no i przydało by się jakieś zaciemnienie w sypialni: mleczne szkło to za mało żeby wyspać się kiedy słońce wstaje o 4 rano

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is very good, you can be in the centre of Tbilisi within 5-10 minutes walking. There are plenty of grocery shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The host was lovely, so kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated and furnished. The air conditioning was a great bonus as it can get quite hot in the summer months. The bed in the bedroom was big and super comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. Nice shower room/toilet with many toiletries provided. We would definitely stay again.
One tiny thing - it was difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower at first but we got it worked out after a couple of days.

Location is amazing!
The heater is not powerful enough to heat the place sufficiently to be comfortable, so I wouldn't stay here again in winter. The couch is too uncomfortable to actually sit on for longer periods.
Host is a little sassy. We asked for toilet paper, and she stated the place is "no hotel" so she wouldn't give us more, even though the Booking.com listing has toilet paper included in its amenities.
