Pleasant, well maintained and quiet location in the park, easy to find and close to the town centre and other shops. Excellent location for the beach access. The chalet was modern with a well equipped kitchen ( except the cooker) and it was clean. Superb coffee machine ☕The bathroom had a great shower, it was clean and the toilet rolls were provided. The outside patio with table and chairs was a great bonus on the hot weekend, although not suitable for 4 people as only 2 chairs were provided.
The main security issue was the front door and the patio doors. There was a huge problem with trying to open and close them. I contacted the owner about it however he did not respond. Shame. We had to ask friends from a nearby caravan park to help with this issue. The bedroom was tiny with a very small bed and no bed linen provided. When using the grill, the cooker knobs overheated and actually burnt my fingers. Definitely needs checking. Really suitable for 2 guests only. The living room lights were not working properly also.

Location great, decent facilities, great shower/bathroom, comfortable beds, nice modern chalet, lots of nice thoughtful things like coffee machine and board games/cards. Hosts pleasant through email (did not meet in person).
Not clean enough, someone else’s blueberries on floor near fridge, obviously had been a white or part white dog stay recently plenty of dog hair in the corners and around the edge of the fridge. Someone else’s tank top left in lower bunk bed (binned in kitchen) Pringles lid poking out from under coffee table, wall above sofa dirty. Key very difficult to lock door with kept getting jammed. Patio doors also not well fitting very difficult to get them to shut properly. Hidden charge for bedding not clearly advertised in listing that you have to pay for bedsheets or bring your own.
