The location is excellent. That's why we booked this hotel. 3 minutes to GI and PI.
The room size is nice and the bathroom are nice too.
The cleaning staff and the people at the breakfast were excellent. Very polite and very helpful.
First, your lobby is just too small for a 5 star hotel.
We don't like the smell of our room.
First time going in it's smell horrible, kind of sour smell. Your staff said that was because the air-conditioning was not on. After the air-conditioning is on, it's a bit better. We let the air-conditioning on 24 hours. But wverytime we went out and came back in the afternoon, the smell is always there. Although it's not as bad ad when we came the first day.

I liked the friendly staff and the location
I didn’t like that there wasn’t a desk and not enough plug points for charging our electronic items. Space didn’t feel very functional. Only one luggage rack when we had two bags. Also didn’t care to
have a room on the 83rd floor, that’s just me because I don’t like heights. The hotel
felt more like a service apartment than a hotel.
