Disappointing, would not return

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings. It is probably reasonable value for the time when we stayed, but having read the positive reviews, we expected better quality. Revisiting them, we now read between the lines and look at what is not said or where praise is somewhat reserved. The host was very helpful and responsive and would not have been able to address most issues (see below) in the time we were there. We are sorry to be negative, but hope the comments are constructive.

The air conditioning was insufficient for the high temperatures. OK in living area, but needs another unit in main bedroom, just too hot. Needs at least one full length mirror. More hanging space needed for each room as this apartment sleeps 3. Curtains don't close fully and there is no way to adjust without a ladder. Mugs on top shelf in kitchen were covered in dust. Coffee machine didn't work despite many messages between us and host to try and get instructions. Toilet became severely blocked and was unusable by the time we left (3 night stay) Second bedroom is tiny and has minimal storage space, not suitable for other than a very short stay

Beautiful , modern and convinient apartment!

Very big apartment in an exceptional spot in the city being close to everything!

The only issue we experienced was very minor we couldn’t find the remote of the air conditioner. I should say though they the apartment was always at very hot temperature when we came in from a long day!

Amazing location, lovely apartment

The location was absolutely amazing, a close walk to many attractions as well as plenty of places to eat and drink. Bed was very comfortable and we both slept really well. The apartment was also really big which was lovely and felt safe. Had everything we needed for a few days away. The host was also lovely and allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight.

3 flights of stairs, which was okay for us but may be too much for some people. The shower curtain was also small and we kept sticking to it and it made it a bit difficult to shower.

Cosy apartment in very convenient location.

Great location, so close to lots of food and public transport. Easily walkable to most attractions. Apartment was big and well heated, even with the heating turned off (we are not big heating fans) the Apartment was warm. Everything worked well. Dishwasher and washing machine was handy. Apartment complex felt secure and was quiet. The street is quiet despite being in a busy area. Instructions from host were excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and stay again.

Small bedroom had ticking sound - ended up moving mattress into another room. The apartment is up 3 levels, but we knew this before booking so we just considered it extra workout. It is difficult on arrival and departure with baggage. Main bed could use some better quality bedding - thin mattress could feel the bed slats underneath through it. Was okay, but we like harder beds so it didnt bother us too much. Would not suit someone who gets pain from hard beds. Pillows need replacement quite urgently - they are very lumpy and old with the stuffing broken up. We couldn't use the pillows and slept without them because they were so uneven. This is a nice cheap quick fix that would improve sleep quality a lot. No couch but that didnt really affect us.
