Tarasy sa usytuowane każdy z innej strony budynku, co zapewnia prywatność. W mieszkaniu jest czysto i przestronnie. Lokalizacja jest dobra do zwiedzania wodospadu Marmore, jeziora Piediluco oraz uroczej miejscowości Stroncone.
