I would say the best thing about the property is that it is so close to everything that is needed. Tower Center , which is a wonderful mall, is 3 minutes by foot. And there were 3 beaches nearby that are within 10 minute walk. The location itself deserves a 10/10 easily from me.
The accommodation is very clean and is well equipped. It has 2 big, beautiful rooms, both have sea views. I still can not believe we got to wake up to the view of the sea every day, and we sat on the balcony hours every night, watching the sunset and the ships pass by. The accommodation has TV which we used, and washing machine, which was incredibly convenient during our stay there. The kitchen we found well equipped, there is a nice sized fridge and freezer.
The next time we visit Rijeka, we will definitely book this same accommodation, no hesitation.
Also, the host, Mr Kristijan is incredibly kind and responsive, he was always just one message away.
There wasn’t anything we did not like.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Dosłownie kilka minut od centrum handlowego i plaży. Chodziliśmy codziennie rano jeszcze przed śniadaniem, żeby sobie popływać bez tłumów. Warto wziąć pod uwagę, że trzeba pokonać trochę schodów, dla nas to akurat nie był problem.
Warto docenić gospodarza, bardzo miły i pomocny. Szybko zaradził problemom z internetem, dorzucił nam również dodatkową pościel i naprawił leżak 😊.
Jedyne czego nam brakowało, to umywalki w ubikacji.

这简直是近乎完美的公寓！地理位置非常好，距离海边2min，附近有多个沙滩，每天都是不同的体验！距离超市4min（不仅是超市还是购物中心），从市区打车仅7欧即可到达！或者公交车也很快。
这套公寓的海景阳台实在是太棒了！适合放空度假，还有两个独立的房间和超级大的厨房，厨房用品一应俱全，也适合家庭聚餐！厕所也是干湿分离，配有大浴缸。
房东人非常非常热情友善，解答了我们的所有问题，自助入住也是自助退房
小狗要单独收费，每晚8欧但是我认为是合理的！

Das Apartment war hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Die Bushaltestelle nach Rijeka ist 50 m entfernt, zurück ca. 100 m einschließlich einer Treppe zur Parallelstrasse. Der kleine Kiesstrand liegt gleichsam unterhalb des Apartments, zwei lange Treppen hinab. Alles sehr zentral. Google Maps hatte allerdings Mühe, die Anschrift zu finden, und die Kehrseite der zentralen Lage ist, dass es nicht das ruhigste Apartment ist. Mich hat es nicht gestört. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, und der Ausblick ist auch recht schön.
Ich habe das modern eingerichtete Schlafzimmer neben dem Wohnzimmer genutzt. Dort habe ich, vor allem neben den Bett, eine Steckdose vermisst. Ein Verlängerungskabel mit 3-fach Steckdose hätte geholfen. Bei der Ausstattung fehlten mir Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. ein Abwaschlappen, eine Schere, etwas Klarsichtfolie. Die Ausstattung war ansonsten ausreichend, sauber und neu.
