mangelnde Sauberkeit im Dachgeschoss / Fassungslosigkeit nach der Dokumentationsanzeige
Die Wohnung liegt fussläufig innerhalb von 10 min. ist man im Zentrum von Traunstein. Auch der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls in 10 min. erreichbar. Kaufland zum Einkaufen ist in 5 min. zu erreichen. Parkplätze stehen für ca. 3-4 Fahrzeuge zur Verfügung. Die Schlüsselübergae ist mit einer Schlüsselbox jederzeit verfügbar.
Die Wohnung ist einfach und schlicht eingerichtet (zweckmäßig). Aufgrund der vielen Dachfenstern konnte man die Hitze einfach über Nacht heraus lassen.
(unbedingt lesen) Im Dachgescoss fanden wir eine optisch aufgeräumte aber schmuddelige + klebrige Wohnung vor. Lichtschalter, Fussboden, Amaturen, Oberflächen/Arbeitsplatten in der Küche klebten. Besteck, Teller, Pfanne, Kochtöpfe wurden ungereinigt in die Schränke/Schubladen verräumt (leider kann man keine Fotos hochladen). Der Geschirrspüler wurde wohl ohne entsprechende Tabs benutzt (es waren keine vorhanden). Kühlschrank+ Gefrier wurde schon eine Weile nicht gereinigt. Wir haben einen eingetrockneten Kaffeefilter in der Maschine gefunden, Plastikverpackungen unter den Möbelstücken, die beim Durchzug erst hervorgeweht wurden, ein Handtuch des Vormieters wurde auf dem Geländer zum Schlafbereich einfach zurückgelassen (das Geländer war ebenso widerlich klebrig). Die gesamte Wohnung zeugte davon, dass nicht gereinigt wurde. Der Herd klebte, die Drehknöpfe waren total verdreckt. Die Backröhre (die Tür) lies sich nicht schließen. Wir haben bei der Ankunft sofort alles dokumentiert und mit der Vermieterin telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen. Es interessierte sie nicht, dass die Wohnung so verdreckt ist. "Wenn wir unzufrieden sind, können wir ja woanders unterkommen", meinte sie. Die Vermieterin kam am Folgetag zu einem vereinbarten Termin fast 60 min. zu spät. Dafür haben wir extra unseren Urlaubsablauf geändert. Sie wollte in die Wohnung, um den Herd/Backofen anzuschauen und auszubauen + Geschirrtücher und Spühlmaschinentabs vorbeizubringen. Wir haben die Wohnung selbst geputzt, wer will so Urlaub machen?
Wir teilten mit, dass fehlende Herdplatten für uns untragbar sind, sie könne den Ofen/Herd nach unserer Abreise austauschen. Ihr Begleiter sagte uns, dass er hiermit offiziell klarmache, dass wir den Ofenteil nicht benutzen dürfen. Wir waren - fassungslos über die Reserviertheit und die Behandlung von oben herab seitens seitens der Vermieterin. So unerwünscht haben wir uns noch nirgendwo gefühlt.
