It’s a comfortable stay. Value for money. No deposit required

They recycled the bedsheet and pillow case. Stay at your own risk.

The key collection was confusing. The journey from carpark to the hotel was super far and it was like a maze. The room was not cleaned at 330pm. And the best part the housekeeper change and clean the room infront of us. The bed sheet, pillow case and blanket cover was not changed. Housekeeper tidy it and expect me to reuse them. I found something amiss as I didn’t not see any bedsheet being taken out of the room. I went to check and to my horror there was no bedsheet or pillow case taken out. They recycled! For your information the towel was being thrown onto the floor outside the unit. They did not handle the towel and bed sheet properly. It was being thrown onto the floor not inside the unit but outside the unit where everyone stepped. I could not take it and ask for cancellation on the spot.

Positive Aspects – Mountain View & Garden Ambience On the bright side, the mountain view and cool ambient temperature were delightful. The center garden area at night offered a wonderful atmosphere with fresh air, music, and scenic views, creating a truly enjoyable experience.

1. Living Room Door Issue The main concern is the living room door, which is jammed and difficult to close. With the cool external temperature, this caused discomfort and frustration inside the room. Although the person in charge responded and arranged for assistance, the waiting time was long. We came to Genting to shop and enjoy the facilities, not to spend extended time waiting for repairs. On the positive side, the staff did acknowledge the issue and took steps to arrange support. 2. Room Condition (Wear and Tear) Several areas showed signs of dirt, wear, and tear. I always take photos and send them to the person in charge upon check-in to avoid any disputes during check-out. 3. Kitchen Tools Some kitchen tools were rusty and broken, such as the scissors. 4. Overall Room Condition The room was generally acceptable, except for the jammed living room door. Ideally, staff should identify and resolve such issues during routine checks rather than waiting for customer complaints. Again, guests come to enjoy the facilities and shopping, not to wait for repairs. 5. Swimming Pool Facilities The swimming pool was disappointing compared to the hotel’s advertisement. It was not truly warm but only heated to normal temperature. There were leaks in the roof, visible rust on the structure, and poor maintenance overall. 6. Rain Impact On the visit second day, heavy rain caused water pooling on the floor. Some areas were not fully covered, leaving us wet and with soaked shoes. One small restaurant even checked people passing through, creating crowd congestion in the rain. Staff attempted to evacuate water with tools, which helped temporarily, but the issue remained unresolved for future guests. 7. Complex Process for Room Access The process of finding the person in charge, collecting the room access card, locating the parking area, and moving between towers was complicated. Many complaints about this can be found online. While a video guide was shared beforehand, it did not cove
