A good option for a short stay, especially for the price. Check-in and check-out were well organized. The bed was comfortable for two people, and the mattresses felt independent enough that we could sleep together without disturbing each other.
When we arrived, the bed linen had a noticeable chemical laundry fragrance. There was no alternative set, so the scent remained noticeable while sleeping. Using fragrance-free laundry products would make the experience more comfortable.
The layout is not the most practical, and the current balcony view faces a large construction pit rather than the empty lot shown in the photo. There are also no mosquito screens; during summer, mosquitoes bit us and disturbed our sleep.

This property was 10/10, clean, stylish, close to the city center, close to the festival me and my group were going to, there were bars near and a bus station near too. The building felt safe and secure and it was very clean and cozy.

Everything was perfect. The flat is in new building and it is very close to all must see things in Belgrade. The space was enough for 2 adults and one child -12 years old. There is free coffee and tea. The place was clean and hospitality. There is everything you need for your stay. The owner of the flat - Dina is very kind and helpful. If I go again in Belgrad this flat will be my choice again. Thank you, Dina❤️
