Casa moderna e pulita , cucina dotato di tutto , climatizzazione ottima , piscina eccellente , host molto gentile e disponibili per ogni evenienza consigliato.
posizione non proprio centrale , assenza di macchinetta del caffe' per espresso "italiano", messaggio finale al check out non molto gradito dove si specifica , oltre di non sporcare e lasciare tutto in ordine , di buttare la spazzatura , di pulire il barbecue utilizzato ecc ecc ( condizioni scontate e non necessariamente utile specificarlo)

The property was absolutely gorgeous. The photos of the outdoor area do not do it justice, it feels much bigger in real life. The pool was lovely. Villa was lovely and clean. Even all of the glasses etc in the cupboards were spotless (something which I find often lets other places down). Some aspects do need updating but honestly, I felt it added to the lovely traditional Spanish feel. I found the bed VERY comfy but my partner did not. They are memory foam mattresses and I guess everyone has different preferences, you can never please everyone. The location is lovely, there are a couple of small bars and cafes in walking distance and plenty more places a short drive away. Cabopino port is also walking distance along the beach boardwalk and it’s a lovely evening walk (would not recommend in the heat of the day). Bus stop and beach both quick to get to. The hosts are lovely and met us at the villa and took the time to show us around and answer any questions.
I would recommend hiring a car if coming for more than a week. The cut through to the square/beach etc actually contains a very steep hill (short but VERY steep) which was fine for the first few days but very quickly becomes a chore in the heat. There’s also only a handful of places to eat and drink down there. I would not let this put anyone off though. The villa really is wonderful and the area is lovely. There’s also lots of places within a short (2-10mins) drive and busses/taxis are easy enough. We stayed for 9 days and it was only the last few days that we started to wish we hired a car as we had started to spend a lot on taxis. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues unless you have a car because wherever you want to go, there is a hill. Absolutely not the hosts fault but definitely something to be aware of when booking.
