Spacious room. Proactive staff (while we were out, it began to rain and we had clothes outside drying. When we returned, our drying rack was on our front porch out of the rain). Air con worked well. There’s storage space to unpack your things. I appreciated having a full body mirror in the room and not just a small head mirror in the bathroom. The free coffee and drinking water is always a huge plus for me. Hot water and shower pressure were nice. I like the cute little private patio. Comfortable bed. Good to know that they have a generator for random power outages. Location is about a 15 minute walk to the center which was not a problem at all for us. We prefer places with a small walk to the center. Even so, there are yummy places otw. And the bus terminal is a 7 minute walk away.
We didn’t have much cash. So we needed to pay for most things with Gcash. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to book any tours or rent a moto from here because they don’t accept Gcash. We ended up paying with Gcash with a local family in the center for a moto and a tour.
