I've been there for a month and I have really enjoyed the apartment. It is a modern, very spacious and well-lit apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. The entire building is very nice and cleaned every day. The building is located downtown on a narrow, quiet street. There's a metro station nearby, and many buses pass nearby. The washing machine is in a shared space; the owner provides tokens for its use. The owner is very helpful and responds promptly to messages; when I arrived, he showed me the apartment. It is very easy to enter the building, inside here are two modern lifts. From my camera there was a nice view.
Nothing. Perhaps the most annoying thing is going to the basement for the washing machine, but I suppose that this happens in other apartments too.
