The staff were absolutely fantastic, kind, helpful and courteous! Could not fault staff in any way and it's because of the team this stay was amazing!
Room needed improvements as issues with lights not working, bidet drain was stuck (team did fix this!), generally decor in our room needed doing (paint flaking in sections) - in contrast, kids room was perfect!

La personne à l'accueil s'est toujours montrée sympathique et souriante avec moi. La chambre était propre et la literie agréable.
L'hôtel est quand même très excentré du centre ville mais on le sait avant de réserver. En revanche, le premier jour, le petit déjeuner n'a pas été servi ce qui a étonné tous les clients de l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas compris ce qui a posé problème car personne ne nous a réellement expliqué le soucis. Les autres jours le petit déjeuner était juste passable mais c'est déjà mieux que rien.
