Guest access Access is via smartphone and electronic lock. There is a combination lockbox with key backup. Other things to note The pool is unheated, because our warm Texas weather heats the pool nicely for all but the coolest months. Early check-in/late check-out policy: We're happy to provide a late check-out if we don't have guests arriving the same day. Likewise with an early check-in, provided we don't have guests departing the same day. Please confirm your request when you receive your access instructions. Even if we can't offer an early check-in/late check-out we are happy to allow you to store your luggage at the house while the cleaning crew is finishing their work.
