JB and his daughter Laurie offer you their very bright 90 m² duplex apartment, freshly renovated with its panoramic view of the lake and Lausanne. Its 2 large spacious terraces facing the lake will welcome you for moments of relaxation and pleasure.

𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗥 :

- On the ground floor, a very bright living room with large bay windows overlooking the lake will welcome you with its open kitchen giving direct access to its large terrace and garden furniture.

- Its rest area with 2 sofas (one of which is convertible) and television, ideally located with a lake view.

- A fully equipped open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, etc.) and washing machine.

- The master bedroom with its very comfortable and quality mattress, its dressing room, its 160 cm bed and its small balcony.

- A bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The apartment has 2 large terraces with a magnificent view of Lake Geneva. It is very pleasant to stay in and very bright.

𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮: a parking space is reserved for you at the bottom of the building where the apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator. Other places for visitors are available, no need to go around in circles forever to desperately find a place :)

𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹: travel cot with mattress and high chair will be at your disposal
