As soon as you enter the unit, you’ll enter the bedroom, with 2 queen beds and its own closet, dresser, and a flat-screen TV. You’ll then walk into the kitchen, fully stocked with a full-size refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave, stove and oven, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs, and serveware. The bathroom has a full-size shower and tub combination, with vanity. Lastly, you enter the living room, with a view that you’ll want to stare at for days! A murphy bed and sleeper sofa allow 4 more to sleep in the living room, which also has its own storage space and a flat-screen TV. Enjoy your mornings having coffee on your very own oceanfront balcony overlooking the resort’s oceanfront pool deck, featuring COUNTLESS pools, hot tubs, kiddie pools, and lazy rivers! ******DISCLOSURES****** Cancellations: Please see the cancellation policy for refund information. **NOTE: THERE ARE NO FULL REFUNDS UNLESS THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ISSUED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA.** - Smoking: NO SMOKING allowed inside the condo of any type, this includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes, Vaping, Marijuana, etc. - Pets: NO PETS are allowed in the resort or condo, this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced. - Events/Large groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification - WITH ZERO REFUNDS. Please remember this is a PRIVATELY-owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home. Absolutely NO early check-in. Our cleaning crew comes between 2-4pm, so we utilize an automated system that sends your check-in details AT 4pm. We have to have time to prepare the property for you! Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 8:00am. YOU MUST be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property. Any problems brought to management by the HOA or the front desk will result in removal from the property with NO REFUNDS. Other important things to note: - This unit is NOT rented through the resort's front desk. All inquiries, questions, and any communications are to be addressed to Stratus Properties. - Parking Passes will be in the unit waiting for you. These need to be returned to the unit on departure. This unit includes two (2) parking passes for the parking garage. Clearance in resort parking garage is 6’10”. Motorcycles are permitted, no trailers are allowed. Parking for oversize vehicles is available across the street from the front desk at the rate of $10 per day. - Daily maid service is NOT included in this rental. The basic linen package includes comforters, sheets, pillowcases for all beds. As part of the linen package, you get all bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen towels. As with linens, a third-party company that is providing this service and not part of Stratus Properties. You will need to bring or purchase your own toiletries and such, as any toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper towels, and the like are only starter sets provided at arrival for your convenience. - This unit includes two (2) parking passes for the parking garage. Clearance in resort parking garage is 6’10”. Motorcycles are permitted, no trailers are allowed. Parking for oversize vehicles is available across the street from the front desk at the rate of $10 per day. - You will have eight (8) pool bands in the unit for your use - these MUST be returned at departure or be charged $10 per band against your security deposit/damage protection plan (whichever is selected). - There are 2 coin laundry facilities at the resort, 1 in the north tower, and 1 in the south tower.
