Located in Atlantic Beach, this charming condo for $196 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. VALID PHOTO ID AND CREDIT CARD MUST BE PRESENTED AT CHECK IN. Late arrivals must be approved and arranged at the time of booking. This 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH CONDO is located DIRECT OCEAN FRONT on the 3RD FLOOR of Tower 2. You have full use and ACCESS TO ALL OF THE AMENITIES within the 3 towers. Take in our breathtaking East Coast sunrises while having your morning coffee or watch the dolphin play from your living room! It will sleep 8 with 1 queen and 3 full beds. The spacious condo has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN for those days when you just want to dine in and relax on the beach. There is also a WASHER/DRYER in the condo to help keep those beach towels and swimsuits dry for daily use. RESORT AMENITIES include: 6 outdoor and 8 indoor pools/kiddie pools, indoor and outdoor lazy rivers and numerous whirlpools, fitness room, arcade room, convenience store and gift shop, business center, Blue Room Café (fantastic breakfast buffet), Sandtrap Sports Bar & Grill and Fishtails Beach Bar featuring live music throughout the summer. The Bay Watch Resort and Conference Center is located OCEANFRONT in the heart of NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, conveniently located near Barefoot Landing (2 miles away), Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Colonial Mall and Tanger Outlets. Nearby restaurants include Sticky Fingers, Ryan's Steakhouse, Beef-o-Bradys, Joe's Crab Shack, Wild Wing Café, River City Café, Fire Island Grill, Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesdays, Islamorada Fish Co., Greg Norman's Australian Grill and California Pizza (all within 2 miles). Entry to unit was not pleasant. Code did not work. Floors were not cleaned well. Very sandy walking barefoot. Kitchen utensils were poor quality as well as pots and pans. Having to park car in garage across the street was not know until we arrived and very inconvenient. Pillows were flat and hard to get a good sleep.

Enjoyed the place. Plenty of room and I like the balcony. One thing is if you are leaving on a Sunday, everyone is leaving so you may want to get a 2 hour start.

Place was clean and convenient. AC didn’t work properly and needed to contact property mgmt. Luckily the weather cooled a bit. Dish washer needs to be looked at. Don’t think it was mounted too well, but functioned. Didn’t really care for the parking set up.

Baywatch has always been one of our favorite resorts, but we have learned some units are run down. This unit was the exception! We were please and highly recommend a stay.

Loved our stay here! Great location, very nice amenities, fast and clean elevators! Easy beach access was a plus. Condo even had no fuss, easy open/close sliding glasses doors - which almost never happens in oceanfront rentals! Very nice and helpful on site employees too. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved all the amenities overall everything was great our living room TV went out but we still had the bedrooms and they don't supply paper products or make the beds without an additional cost we travel alot and this was a first for us but overall it had little effect on our trip. The view from this room was amazing and the thing we loved most was the entertainment they had at the resort plus all the pools.we also had to pay $25 cash a day for the overflow parking lot because my husband's truck wouldn't fit in the garage so that was bittersweet.

Sand was not cleaned up from prior visitors, was a great unit and would certainly return. Queen mattress in master suite seems to dip in the middle and I called prior to stay and requested type of coffee pot was told there was a Krueg and it was not.

The dishwasher needs some immediate attention before someone gets hurt. The door slams open and the racks roll out which is completely unsafe and should be looked at promptly. The toilet was leaking, ran literally every minute and should also be addressed. Unit was broom swept, however, floors were dirty. Some numbers and symbols on the door keypad were completely rubbed off which would have made it difficult to enter if you were unfamiliar with that lock. In addition, we were provided the WRONG building address for our unit which made locating it very challenging with kids and luggage in tow. Please include the symbol(#) for garage code entry as it was spelled out "number" and it was not clear we needed to hit the # symbol but eventually figured it out.
The resort was everything we wanted and really enjoyed, however, the unit and instructions left much to be desired.

Had a great time at this condo on the beach. The condo was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. The unit was very clean and updated. The balcony is large and provided a nice view of the water. The location on the beach allowed us to walk every day. The common areas were cleaned many times a day. There were four elevators so you never had to wait.

4 nights with 4 adults. Condo was perfect for us. Very clean with exception of bedspread. All other linens were freshly packaged, but the dark blue bedspread had visible soiling. Appreciated no carpeting, clean fresh feel. Nice balcony space and loved that we were not too high, third floor was perfect for us. Well supplied kitchen. We ate out, so didn’t need really use kitchen or dishes, but nice to have as option. The property has numerous pools and hot tubs, we never had to wait and had hot tubs to ourselves. Saw dolphins most mornings. Would stay there again.

The air was frozen on Saturday when arrived. They sent someone out on Wednesday and he couldn’t fix it so we didn’t have air or heat alt all the whole stay. Then water back and when we tried to get help no one would respond they wouldn’t even answer. We found someone who gave us the HOA number we called and someone came was about place until 1:30 in morning couldn’t fix it so they came back the next day and finally fixed it. Thank hat was a half day wasted.
The lamp had a short and we. Couldn’t use it due to it being a fire hazard. When we arrived they people were laying flooring in the building we stayed in and we couldn’t go out doors to pool area and had to walk around building.
So the experience wasn’t great. There isn’t enough cart to carry belongings either.
I couldn’t believe how bad the customer service was. They expected us to keep our contract however they didn’t keep up there end.

This trip wasn’t our first to North Myrtle Beach but definitely the one where we fell in love with the area. The overall location was ideal and resort amenities were absolutely perfect, especially with the hurricane hitting the area just a few days prior. We’re already looking to book the resort again for the same time next year (if we don’t move to the area first). The covered parking garage was also much appreciated and all staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. We’ll absolutely be back!

The trip overall was good. Communicating with rental company was good. I bought linen package but did not realize I would have to make up four beds upon arrival. We had plenty of towels. Dryer did take along time to dry. The resort was very nice and glad we had indoor pools since weather was not the greatest.

The condo was exactly like the pictures and it was fairly clean upon arrival. Beds were okay but could be upgraded as you felt like you were sleeping in a hole. As well the quilts on the beds could be upgraded as well - they looked old and worn.
One disappointing thing was when we walked in a turned the lights on in the kitchen., we saw a number of bugs scatter across the kitchen counter. We contacted property mgmt and it took a couple of days for pest control to come out but they did, unfortunately during our stay we continued to see bugs in the kitchen which was disappointing, especially considering the money we paid and it just kind of made you feel uneasy about the cleanliness of the condo.
The only other minor thing was the windows were not cleaned. Not sure if that was due to the hurricane that came through earlier but it would have been nice if they were cleaned for us. That was a minor issue.

This is a extremely nice condo property the only thing that we found that was not too great was they do not have a ramp to get to the beach for the wagons and disabled. But besides that it was one of the best condos we have ever stayed. plenty of pools, plenty of hot tubs, plenty of fun

The condo, location and view were very nice. Unfortunately housekeeping forgot to leave our parking pass and pool bands. They were dropped off 24 hours later. The condo front desk allowed us into the garage so our vehicle wasn’t towed.
Overall it was a good experience.

Great location but falsely accuse
This is a great location for a vacation however watch was you use and don't use I was charged 14.48 for staining 3 washcloths that weren't even used by either me or my husband during our stay we both brought loufas to bathe with and the one and only wash cloth that was used was RED to clean the counters off with during my stay not white I got sent 3 pictures that didn't even looked stained mind you but that's quiet alright obviously the resort needs the money more then me they can put my 14.48 towards getting a new dryer and paying someone to fix the leaky kitchen faucet I'm surprised i didn't get charged for those two what a joke my husband and I will never go back

Breath Taking View
The view from the bedroom and living room was unbelievable. The balcony was large enough to accommodate several people at one time. There were beach toys and indoor games, as well as books to read. Comfortable beds and living room furniture and a jetted tub all helped me to relax. We really enjoyed our stay there.
