Such a great place to go. The stairs are a bit daunting as you are all the way in the front of the property but once you are there, the beach awaits. My only word of caution is neither negative or positive, only in your perspective. You are on Sandy Beach at the most public part of it. Weekends get really festive and a great family friendly atmosphere with music and family gatherings. If you don’t like crowds, this place might not be your cup of tea. The condo has all the things you need and we had an enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time in Rocky Point! The unit is perfectly located right on the beach with a beautiful beachfront view. You can literally walk straight out from the condo onto the sand, which made the stay even more relaxing and convenient. The home was fully stocked with great amenities, including a Keurig coffee machine, a regular drip coffee maker, sugar, creamer, and everything you could need while staying away from home. We truly felt comfortable and taken care of. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Las Gaviotas! It was such a clean and beautiful home! Literally steps from the beach. My three little ones loved it! Very nice spacious kitchen to cook in and with a beautiful view.The bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies! The grill out on the patio was perfect and my husband was please with that. It was walking distance from the local markets and restaurants. We will definitely book with Tom again! Thank you! The Alvarado Family
