Gorgeous patio pool and deck overlooking the waterway. With beautiful outdoor space, private swimming pool, outdoor dining area, and comfortable pool loungers to relax in. The Space: Welcome to our luxurious Boater's Paradise House! This lavish home accommodates large groups and offers five stunning bedrooms: one with a Queen bed, a second with a Queen bed and a Bunk (1 full, 1 twin), a third with a Queen bed, and two more with Queen beds. You'll find three full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. The living area boasts a large, comfortable sectional sofa complemented by a fireplace and Smart TV, creating a cozy ambiance for relaxation. The spacious kitchen features a large island and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, electric range, refrigerator, and all the necessary dishware, cookware, pots, and pans to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, laundry facilities include a washer and dryer for your convenience. The dining area comfortably seats 10 guests, perfect for meals and gatherings. Large groups will appreciate the ample space provided by the generously sized bedrooms, ensuring everyone can relax and unwind. Outside, experience the true essence of a boater's paradise. With stunning views, this house is a gem for those who love the water. Whether you're spending time on the deck, enjoying the spacious patio, or lounging by the pool, you'll soak in the beauty of this waterfront estate. This luxurious house provides everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. From its well-appointed bedrooms to the thoughtful amenities, it's a perfect getaway for families, friends, or groups seeking a lavish retreat. Beyond the house, on Federal Hwy you will find many restaurants and pubs. For groceries, you'll find a Walmart at 5001 N Federal Hwy (less than 1 mile away!) and a gas station at 4900 N Federal Hwy. Nearby is the Lighthouse Point Yacht Club at 2701 NE 42nd St. Getting Around: The area around is highly car-dependent. Services and amenities are not close by, meaning you’ll definitely need a car to run your errands. Other Things to Note: Stay Sol is the exclusive operator of this property We can provide a pack n play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised. Non-Heated Pool. Mile Marker: 1053.9 Lat / Lon: N 26° 15.683' / W 080° 05.000' Bridge Type: Bascule Vertical Clearance (Closed): 13.00 ft. Horizontal Clearance: 60.00 ft. Schedule: The drawspans must open on signal; except that, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., the drawspans need be opened only on the hour, quarter hour, half hour, and three quarter hour.
