Wedged between an abundance of wineries and Mornington Peninsula's stretch of back beaches, Red Hill offers the perfect location to experience all the area has to offer. Comprising a main house and separate, self-contained cottage, the property is surrounded by established gardens and peaceful countryside views.

The main house brings warm country character to family stays, with two living areas offering ample space to gather by the fireplaces or settle in for a movie. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a coffee maker, generous bench space and breakfast-bar seating, while the dining table invites shared meals. Outside, alfresco dining and a BBQ embrace the garden setting, with lawns for cricket, basketball, netball and croquet, a cubby house for children, and seasonal herbs and fruits to enjoy.

Three bedrooms in the main house offer flexible sleeping arrangements, with two queen bedrooms and a third featuring two single beds that can be converted into a king on request. Each bedroom has split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and floating vanity.

Nestled separately within the gardens, The Old Barn offers an intimate country retreat, with pitched ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and chic furnishings. Settle in by the fireplace in the open-plan living area, cook together in the fully equipped kitchen, or take your morning coffee to the front porch and soak up the crisp country air. The queen bedroom offers a calming retreat, with ample storage and a private ensuite. Please note that the cottage does not have air conditioning, only ceiling fans for ventilation.

Both dwellings have laundry facilities, with ample driveway parking for added ease.

Board games, Lego, a dollhouse, Jenga and drawing activities keep younger guests entertained, while surfboards and bikes are available on request for an additional charge. Welcome hampers with local produce, bubbles and wine can also be arranged on request. Firewood is available for the fireplaces for an additional charge, with complimentary marshmallows provided for roasting.

Perfectly positioned directly opposite Avani Wines, guests can enjoy a complimentary cellar-door tasting during their stay. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire home and cottage to yourselves. They are metres from each other, offering easy access between the two via a paved pathway. Please make yourselves at home!

You’ll have an array of nearby wineries to choose from, with Polperro Wines as well as Port Phillip Estate and Kooyong Winery within a few minutes’ drive. Arthur's Seat Eagle, a state-of-the-art gondola that offers sweeping views across the Port Phillip Bay coastline towards Melbourne, is a 15-minute drive, as is beautiful Dromana Beach where you can swim, picnic and make use of BBQ facilities.
