For the barbecue lovers, there's a BBQ grill ready for some outdoor cooking fun. The fully stocked kitchen provides a convenient space for preparing delicious meals and snacks. Did someone say ping pong and pool?! Yes- be prepared for some friendly competition! For those who enjoy gaming, the cabin features an arcade game room where you can challenge your friends and family to classic games. After a day of hiking or skiing, unwind in the hot tub. Sit around the fire pit in the evening to create lasting memories under the night sky. Don't forget to relax and unwind in our spacious theater room to watch your favorite shows and movies! This mountain home in McGaheysville is the perfect place for relaxation, fun, and connection. BED & BATH CONFIGURATION -MAIN LEVEL/UPSTAIRS- *Kitchen *Living Room *Master King Bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom *Two full size beds *Full bathroom in hallway -FIRST LEVEL- *Two sets of twin bunk beds (4 twin beds total) * King Bedroom * Queen Bedroom w/ ensuite bathroom * Full Bathroom in hallway – CHEF’S KITCHEN – * Plenty of cooking space * Fully-equipped * Two seating areas- dining table for 8 or high top table in kitchen for 4 * A Keurig & a Drip coffee maker – LIVING ROOM – * Large windows * Large sofa with 2 cushioned chairs *Fireplace * Smart TV -ARCADE ROOM- * Ping Pong and Pool Table * Arcade Games: PAC MAN + Connect 4 * LED light -MOVIE THEATER- *Reclining chairs *Bean bags *Popcorn machine (BYO popcorn) – SPECTACULAR DECK- * Hot tub * Seating options *Fire Pit * BBQ Grill -LAUNDRY ROOM- * Washer & Dryer * Fully equipped -ADDITIONAL INFO- *Pack n play + High chair *Dog friendly - up to 2 dogs allowed- $125 per stay. Dogs must be crate trained and pick up after your dog. Please NO cats Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry Other Things to Note: Absolutely no parties- grounds for termination- max of 14 guests can be on site at all times Please note there is one exterior ring camera Pets are allowed for $125 per stay Check in 4pm and check out 10am Driveway parking for 4 cars max- no street parking We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - to abide by our rental terms and conditions. - to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
