Villa with swimming pool located in Pujaut (all shops & restaurants) a few minutes from Avignon.
Built in a beautiful green setting, it is an ideal place for holidays with family or friends to explore the different facets of Provence or enjoy the sweetness of the south by the pool.

The house has a 2,000m² garden.
A 100m² terrace equipped with an arbour with a retractable canvas protecting a table for 14 people.
Swimming pool area:
Away from the house, it is composed of a 5mx10m swimming pool secured and surrounded by 115m² of beaches and 8 deckchairs/sunbeds.
Indoor space (about 280m²):
A large living room with its dining room (10 people) which open directly onto a terrace and the garden.
Separate fully equipped kitchen with access to the shaded terrace.
(Sink, induction hob, dishwasher, American fridge, oven, microwave, Dolce Juste coffee maker...)
Large mezzanine as a games and audio-visual area (flat screen)

Bedroom 1 (master suite) with access to the terrace: double bed 160X200 - Private bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
