It is a quieter area with no public parking, so the beaches are much less crowded than the south end of Sandbridge. This home is managed by Chris at New School Hosting. I'm a native of Virginia Beach and my family has rented beach houses from "old school" property managers for years, and I've rarely been impressed. At Sandpiper Retreat, you can expect: - Unlimited toilet paper, paper towels, and other necessities - Upgraded towels - Comfortable mattresses and new pillows of various thicknesses - Prompt responses to your questions and concerns from a real person who actually cares (typically, me!) - A fully stocked kitchen (including a stocked coffee bar) with quality pots, pans, knives, etc. Other things to note - Sandpiper Retreat is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $200 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night). We provide some helpful supplies for pet-owners. - We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this is already embedded in the cleaning fee. - The large driveway can fit about 8 vehicles - Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house.
