Emerald Grande is the premier resort located in the heart of the Destin Harbor with amazing amenities and a location that can’t be beat! Unit 309 is a large 3bed/3 bath condo located in the East tower that has two Master Suites, perfect for families, couples traveling together or friend get-aways. This condo is easy to find in a very large complex since it is close to the East elevators, however you cannot hear the elevators in the condo. -The Primary Master Suite has a King bed w/private balcony and a huge ensuite bathroom w/large corner soaking tub, separate marble shower and double vanity. -The Secondary Master Suite has a King bed, access to main balcony, ensuite bath complete w/marble walk in shower and double vanity. -The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, with separate access to the 3rd full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Sound machines were recently added to the two master bedrooms for a restful night sleep. Once you arrive at the Emerald Grande, with so many options within walking distance there really is no need to get back in a car until it is time to check out. Step outside on the HarborWalk Village to find waterfront shopping, popular Destin restaurants and bars, exciting activities, live entertainment, various rentals to include paddle boards, kayaks, boats, jet skis or book fishing charters, sunset dolphin cruises, and the ever-popular tiki boat cruise to Crab Island. One of the amazing amenities offered is a free water taxi that runs every 30 minutes to take you to Emerald Grande’s private beach equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

The room was super clean. The beds are completely comfortable and the view is great. Couldn’t ask for more. The elevators are even close if you follow their instructions. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely without hesitation book this room again.

Condo needs maintenance drains in bathroom sinks & showers were plugged one of the showers we plunged ourselves the other we had to call maintenance very few hangers bought our own and xtra pillows but no pillow cases ??? Condo is beautiful beds are great too no condiments at all sugar salt pepper make sure to bring your own for that 1st cup of Joe sofa is a sleeper bed & falling apart

My wife and I rented this unit for our 25th anniversary and it did not disappoint. When you pull into Destin, the Emerald Grande is by far, the most luxurious, eye catching resort you see. We loved the pool and hot tub. My wife enjoyed the spa one day. The charter boat to our private beach was very convenient. The Emerald Grande is located very close to all the top restaurants (Dewey Destins, MacGuires, Boshamps, Harbor Docks) and it sits right on top of the Harborwalk, which is a must. Parking and navigating our way thru the resort was not as difficult as we thought it'd be. After our 1st day, we had it down pretty good. The unit was exceptionally clean, 3 huge bedrooms with full bathrooms attached to each, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, 2 giant balconies overlooking the Harborwalk. It was everything we hoped it would be!!! Can't wait to visit Destin and the Emerald Grande again next year!

Our family loved it! Everything was perfect. Was beautiful and clean. Great location to everything. The only bad thing I have to say is you can hear the music outside until late in the morning but it wasn’t that bad and didn’t keep us awake. The second night we just turned the fan on that was in one of the closets. Thank you for sharing your condo with our family!!

The living room furniture had seen its better days. Needs to be replaced. Didn’t like having to be shuttled to the beach. Also no restrooms on the beach. Couldn’t stay to long. Without a restroom. Had problems with the pool which shut the pool down from lunch one day until the next day.

Loved out there! Nice condo, pool was great, right on harbor boardwalk where all the excursions, shopping, and restaurants were, and not far from the fishing pier in Oskolooska where we saw lots of dolphins swimming.

We love staying at the Emerald Grand. Always clean and the staff is very nice. Being on the boardwalk is convenient when you have kids because there are a few things for them to do. We had a blast!

Nice large condo for comfortably housing 3 couples or family like we had. 3 bathrooms is a big plus for larger groups. Communication with the owner was excellent Keep in mind this unit faces towards Coyote Ugly and it is loud on the weekends going until 4 am. I use noise app so I was fine, but you can here it. Next the balconies face East, but peak summer it is still hot on them. A couple fans would be good. Typical resort the elevators are slow, but you can at least go down the stairs:). We would rent again, depending on the size of our group.

The room and location were perfect. Our family was in Destin for a wedding and we were pleasantly surprised by all the activities/ restaurants within walking distance. Getting acclimated to the campus did take us a couple days, but once we figured out the elevators and HarborWalk access, everything was great. Dale was extremely helpful before and during our trip. Would definitely look into this place again, if we return to Destin. Thanks.

The floors were filthy; our feet and socks were black after a few minutes walking around. The air conditioner was barely adequate and it never dropped below 75 degrees in the unit over two days. The unit was nice and we had a great time regardless. Just be prepared to clean and be a little too warm.

Dale was very easy to communicate with, we decided to book an extra night, and it was no problem. Make sure you follow his exact instructions on where to park and what elevators to get on. The bell hop is very convenient too. They unloaded the car when we arrived & loaded it back up when we departed. It was convenient to walk to restaurants on the board walk. We never had to drive anywhere. Our cars stayed parked once we got there. The boat ride to the beach is very convenient. When you arrive to the beach, you tell one of the workers how many chairs & umbrellas you need, and they make sure you have it. We even got to see dolphins & sea turtles on the boat ride.

The communication was wonderful from the beginning and the condo was exactly as pictured. We were there for our wedding weekend and it was the perfect place with plenty of room to get ready and the location was so centrally located to everything in Destin. We literally only moved our vehicle one time / the rest of the time we were able to walk to everything. Highly recommend this listing!!

Convenient location to everything. Condo has everything you need, stocked with supplies. Great view from balconies. The host was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again. For future renters, there is no early check in. We waited for 20 minutes to be able to check in at 4. It was no issue for us, we just walked around the property and enjoyed the warm weather. This is definiatly not a bad review, I'm just giving you a heads up.

Great condo in an excellent resort. Service from Emerald Grande staff was amazing... easy check in, attentive bar and restaurant staff, they are always cleaning the common areas daily. Followed Dale's instructions for elevators and parking and navigated without getting lost or delayed. Pineapple Express elevator made for easy access to Harborwalk with stroller. Very large condo, big bathrooms, lots of space. Hope to return soon.

The property is very clean and in a great location. Dale was helpful and the checkin process was seamless. The only complaint is the loud noise every night from the Coyote Ugly club across the parking lot. It was hard to sleep with the noise. Wish something could be done about that. Otherwise I would definitely recommend and stay again!

We enjoyed living there except for one very annoying problem: Guests are not permitted to use the luggage carts, so we had to drag suitcases, groceries, and everything else from the huge parking, garage, up to the elevators, and down the hall, one box at a time, over and over again, in and out, and whenever we went shopping for groceries. I asked repeatedly to sign out for one, but they always refused to let me borrow any of the wheeled carts. If you ever go here for an extended stay, be sure to bring a your own wagon to get stuff from the enormous parking halls and up to your apartment. Otherwise, it’s a great location with excellent accommodations to live in

Everything was as described. The condo unit (3Bd, 3Bth) was lovely and comfortable, and the Emerald Grande staff (especially Raul and Shannon) was very friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pools/hot tubs. We absolutely loved staying there and hope to return!

Nice condo great location for families. Not right on the beach but easy 4 min ferry ride over to it. Only issue we had was that the Master shower was not in working order so we couldn’t use it. I reserved this room due to the space with 3 teens so sharing a shower was inconvenient.

The stay was good but one elevator was broken for most of the time, which was a pretty big inconvenience. There also seemed to be construction above the unit and a lot of noise the entire time. The master bathroom shower leaks pretty bad. We stayed in this unit 2 years ago and had the same issue so still not corrected. The location is great.
